How do I place an order?

Visit www.altilisbeauty.com/shop. Select products you would like to purchase by clicking on the product photo and using the dropdown menu to select the correct size variant, then select "add to cart". Click the cart icon in top right hand corner and follow the prompts for to complete your order. 

 

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Free shipping automatically applies to all orders over $100. Select Purolator Ground (Canada), USA Air, or International Air to qualify for free shipping. Does not apply to express shipping options. 

 

How do I apply my discount code?

Add the items you would like to your basket. Click the cart icon in the top right hand corner. If everything looks good, click "Checkout". That will take you to a page where you will enter your email address, shipping information and payment information. Enter your code into the area that says "Promo code" and hit "APPLY". 

 

Can my discount codes be used together?

Only one discount code can be used per order.   

 

Where does Altilis Beauty deliver to?

We ship within Canada, the USA including Alaska and Hawaii and internationally. Duties and taxes for US and international orders are the responsibility of the recipient. 

 

Where can orders be picked up that are placed online?

Orders placed online can be picked up at our main mailing address. The address is 33 Mallard Court, Guelph, ON. We will contact you when you order is fulfilled and ready for pick up.

 

Do I have to set up an account to order online?

No, you can checkout as a guest or using your PayPal account. If you checkout using an account you will be able to check your order history and save shipping details for faster checkout. 

 

How do I order with Paypal.

You do not need a Paypal account to checkout with Paypal. Visa and debit are also accepted at checkout. Simply click the "checkout with Paypal" button and you will have the option to checkout using other methods. Contact us at info@altilisbeauty.com with any questions regarding checkout. After selecting the Paypal option at checkout, Paypal will take you to its money transaction software and will require confirmation. It will then take you back to our site to confirm the order (see image below).

How do I send a gift?

Place an order online. Send us a note with your order number at info@altilisbeauty.com to let us know the order is a gift. 

 

How long does the small skincare set typically last?

The small skincare set will last approximately 2 months with daily use and 1 month with twice daily use. 

 

How long does the large skincare set typically last?

The large skincare set will last approximately 4 months with daily use and 2 months with twice daily use. 

 

How can I test the products?

We offer a trial sized set of our complete 3-step skincare system. Visit our shop to try out our InflorEssence Facial Cleanser, InflorEssence Serum and InflorEssence Moisturizer in a 7-day trial

Can I return a product if it isn't right for me?

At Altilis Beauty® we want you to use our products risk-free. We understand the struggle of sensitive and acne-prone skin when trying new products. If you feel our product was not right for your skin, within 30 days of receiving your product you are able to return it for a refund. The customer pays shipping on returns. If we feel our policy is being abused, we have the right to refuse a return. 

 

How do I open my Day Cream 15% Zinc Oxide bottle?

To open your day cream bottle you must first hold the silver lid in one hand and the bottle in the other. Then twist the lid to the right and the bottle to the left until it opens and clicks into place. To close, do the opposite. Watch this video for a demonstration. https://bit.ly/2KRe37k

 

How do I return my product?

Contact us at info@altilisbeauty.com prior to attempting to return your product. We reserve the right to refuse a return.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

You are able to make changes until you receive a confirmation email that your order has been fulfilled. After that point, no changes can be made. Contact us at info@altilisbeauty.com to make changes to your order. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order until you receive a confirmation email that your order has been fulfilled. After that point, no changes can be made. Contact us at info@altilisbeauty.com to cancel your order. 

 

What does InflorEssence mean?

Our breadfruit ingredient is extracted from the male INFLORESCENCES of breadfruit (male flowers). The resulting extract has a sweet molasses-like scent with citrus top notes - the ESSENCE. Because we get our "essence" from the "inflorescences", we have named our breadfruit skin care products "InflorEssence".

 

Does Altilis Beauty perform animal testing?

NO! At Altilis Beauty®, we do not test any of our products or ingredients on animals. We have been certified as cruelty-free by PETA. We do however test all of our ingredients and products on real PEOPLE. The Altilis Beauty complete skin care system has been tested with over 70 people during an 8 week trial period.
